Who we are *

It all began years ago in the small Indiana town of West Point — nestled in the backyard of the Purdue Boilermakers — when the “West Point Steak House” was born.

Driven by their love for great steaks and authentic BBQ, Doug and Debbie Raub set out to share that passion with families far and wide.

Over the years, the Raub family and their three sons have traveled across the U.S., discovering the finest recipes, flavors, and ingredients to craft the richest, most mouthwatering hams, briskets, and ribs around.

Today, Hickory Smoked Beef Brisket, Ham, and Ribs from the Raub family are enjoyed by hundreds of families nationwide — a true taste of tradition, passion, and family.
